Diagram Content - Expand and Collapse: Users can now expand or collapse individual activity cards within diagrams, allowing for focused navigation. By default, all cards will be expanded, but users can choose to collapse all or specific cards to view only the necessary details without distraction. This feature simplifies access to relevant information by reducing visual clutter.
Linked Processes - Editable Titles and Notes: Users can now add notes to linked processes to specify which activities or tasks should be included or excluded within the current process. This added flexibility allows authors to customise linked process instructions for more precise execution. Additionally, linked process titles are now editable, enabling better alignment with the current process steps for a cohesive workflow.
Attachments - Add Owner, Group, and Tags Directly: Authors now have the flexibility to add owner, group, and tags to attachments directly within the process, ensuring all details are included in a single, streamlined step. This enhancement eliminates the need to revisit attachments later for additional updates, simplifying workflow management.
Create Roles - Easy Access from Within: The "Create New Role" button is now consistently visible in role selection dropdowns, making it easy to access anytime. Users with the necessary permissions can add new roles directly from any screen with role selection, such as when choosing the owner or expert roles on the stakeholder tab. This enhancement simplifies role management by ensuring the button is available rather than only appearing when a role is not found.
Managed Documents - Enhanced Customisation for Document Type Names: Administrators now have the flexibility to create document types with enhanced customisation options, allowing for incorporating signs, symbols, and capital letters in descriptions. This enables clearer and more precise naming that can be tailored to their specific needs.
