Sometimes it is crucial to concentrate on a single location within the menu, either while editing or while following the steps. This can be accomplished by using diagram content menu cards' expansion/collapse feature.

Quick Steps to Expand and Collapse All the Cards

  1. When opening a process or value stream all the content will be available and expanded.

  2. Select the 'Collapse All' button at the top of the menu. This will hide all tasks, notes and attachments.

  3. To expand all the cards again, select the 'Expand All' button at the top of the menu. This will show all tasks, notes and attachments.

Individual cards can also be selected to expand or collapse by selecting the arrow that sits underneath the card. The arrowhead pointing down indicates 'show more'. When the arrowhead points up, it indicates 'show less'.

Expansion or collapse is not remembered if you move away from the process or value stream you are currently on.
