Major Features

LMS Update!

We’re excited to share that our training materials have undergone a significant upgrade! We've worked tirelessly to ensure that it's perfectly in sync with the latest version of the application. This exciting update includes fresh, expanded content that dives deeper into new features, making it easier than ever for users to master and navigate the app with confidence.

Map Expansion

We are very excited about the work that we are doing on map expansion and would love to hear your feedback. Map expansion allows a user to expand process links to view the associated process directly on the map that you're currently viewing.

To illustrate this, we've created a short video below.

Additional Features

  • Introduced dragging a decision from the import panel

  • Added an overview box to select a part of the process in view. We've created a short video to illustrate this exciting new feature. To read more about the overview box, click here.

Enhancements

  • Changed start and end nodes to always sit to the left and right

  • Enhanced how glossary terms are identified. Now, terms will only be recognized if they appear on their own, with delimiters on both sides. This means that abbreviations like "CO" won’t trigger the glossary term when they’re part of a larger word, such as "COMPANY." This update ensures more accurate term identification and avoids unnecessary matches.

Fixed Bugs

  • Fixed changes to gateways in the future state reflecting in the current state

  • Fixed the inability to open the 'Add process' popup from the diagram content menu on a value stream

  • Fixed duplicate notifications sent to the owner and expert when a linked attachment is deleted

  • Fixed the administrator's ability to remove the default/ current company from a user

  • Fixed duplicate 'End here' text in printed PDFs

  • Fixed association sidebar panel not loading in historical records

  • Fixed inability to access help material for managed documents

  • Fixed deleted processes still appearing when details are requested

  • Fixed input clearing on enter/ tab in select2 implementations requiring strict validation

  • Fixed navigation to groups in the organisation structure

  • Fixed breadcrumbs disappearing when switching back to organisation chart from organisation structure

  • Fixed inability to remove gateway row labels

  • Fixed attachment title validation error when adding non-attachment objects, documents, URLs

  • Fixed incorrect recognition of awaiting approval and approval declined statuses for the quality score

  • Fixed punctuation in password warning
