Export System Settings Data Tables

Export various settings summary tables to PDF, CSV or Excel

Only an administrator or users with permission to view the relevant page are able to export.

The following data tables can be exported:

  1. Companies

  2. Users

  3. Roles

  4. Shared Processes

  5. Object Tags

  6. Business Continuity

  7. Document Types

  8. Attachment Link Types

  9. Allocation Statuses

  10. Note Types

  11. Glossary Terms

Quick Steps

  1. Settings, select the page that you wish to export

  2. Locate 'Export' at the top left of the page

  3. Three export options are available: PDF, CSV, Excel

  4. Select the desired export format. The file will download and can be located in your downloads

PDF (Portable Document Format)

The PDF export will include all the fields from the data table, provided there is sufficient space to display them.

CSV (Comma Separated Values)

The CSV export will contain all the fields from the data table, along with additional useful details, like Created On, Updated On, Created By, and Updated By.

Exceptions: Status (if applicable), Type (Roles only), Roles Associated (Users only)

Each record is represented by a line, with fields within a record separated by commas.

Excel

The Excel export will contain all the fields from the data table, along with additional useful details, like Created On, Updated On, Created By, and Updated By.

Exceptions: Status (if applicable), Type (Roles only), Roles Associated (Users only)
