Smartflow allows you to build and optimize processes leveraging AI and other tools.
SmartFlow is available on various objects for companies that has the permission 'Allow AI Generation' enabled. Only stakeholders and administrators are able to utilise SmartFlow.

Explore Process Ideas - Provide AI with a title and objectives to explore how your process might take shape. Available on processes and value streams
Optimise Process - Let AI suggest improvements to streamline, merge, or simplify steps. Available on processes and value streams
Health Check and Risk Analysis - Let AI check for missing triggers, unassigned roles, and structural gaps. Available on processes and value streams
Create Executive Summary - Let AI create a short 4-5 sentence summary for business/executive audiences. Available on processes, value streams and managed documents
Suggest Process/Value Stream Groupings - Let AI recommend logical groupings of activities into phases or subprocesses. Available on processes and value streams
Generate SOP - Let ProcessPro generate a formal Standard Operating Procedure document (Purpose, Scope, Responsibilities, Procedure). Available on processes only
Optimise Process, Health Check and Risk Analysis, Create Executive Summary and Suggest Process Groupings all appear in the SmartFlow tab in the diagram content menu. When you create multiple suggestions, they will appear with the newest created item at the top. A tag below the suggestion indicates what SmartFlow suggestion was made. These suggestions will remain in the tab until you delete them

ProcessPro makes use of OpenAI for our SmartFlow and AI features within the system. If OpenAI is experiencing issues, our features will be affected. If you receive an error or experience issues when using any of our SmartFlow or AI features, please follow this link to check the status of OpenAI.
