Technical Enhancements
This update includes a range of backend improvements designed to enhance the performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform. Pagination has been introduced on the /object/getall endpoint to help prevent server timeouts and improve response efficiency, with the groundwork laid to extend this approach to other high-volume endpoints such as roles, users, and user logs. Significant refactoring has been completed across the User and Role APIs to ensure they operate optimally under load, with improvements including the introduction of shared helper classes, streamlined logic, and optimised bulk queries for better maintainability and performance over time.
Features
New note type: Risk
A new default note type, Risk, has been added. This makes it easier to highlight potential risks directly in your process maps, helping teams identify and manage risks. The SOP Generator now picks up this note type automatically and includes it in the PDF output.
Remind and Escalate Outstanding Tasks
We’ve added new actions to the Outstanding Tasks report: Send Reminder and Escalate Task. Selecting Send Reminder will email the assigned user a reminder about their task. The Escalate Task option lets you notify another chosen user by email that the current assignee has not yet completed the task.
New User Permission
A new user permission, Allow Directory Reordering, now allows non-administrators to move objects and groups within the directory.
Time Allocation on Decisions and Branches
Previously, time allocation was limited to activities, process links, and events. We have now removed this restriction, allowing time to be applied to any node type.
Roles in Swimlane View
The display of roles in swimlane view has been improved. Role font sizes now better match node font sizes, and dynamic role families (multiple roles on an activity) are shown in separate rows listed alphabetically.

Ensure all approval tasks are removed when a historical record is reinstated.
Improved review task functionality following insights from task reminder emails.

Resolve issue where decisions that lead into gateways ignore gateway numbers.
Refine display of attachments within notes.
Preserve company ID when updating tags.
