When you delete a process/value stream/managed document in ProcessPro, it works like archiving

Our system keeps your workspace organised without losing important history. Processes, value streams and managed documents that you delete is never truly gone, it’s simply hidden. You can always bring items back if needed.

Delete the Object

  1. When you delete a process/value stream/managed document, it disappears from everyday views but remains stored in the system. It is never permanently removed.

  2. An administrator can restore the object at any time. Please note that attachments cannot be restored.

  3. This acts like an archive because the object is preserved, just invisible.

OR

Create an Archive Company

You can create a dedicated “Archive" company/environment and move retired processes/value streams/managed documents there. This is achieved by transferring the object internally to the Archive company. The object would still need to be deleted from the original company.
