Company-level SmartFlow rules can be enabled by administrators. A tab in the update company popup lets administrators choose what AI can generate when creating a process with SmartFlow.

Generate Glossary Terms
When this is ticked, AI is allowed to generate glossary terms.
Generate Roles
When this is ticked, AI is allowed to generate roles. When it is unticked, AI is not allowed to generate roles. 'Unassigned' will be associated to all roles. No owner will be created.
Generate Notes
When this is ticked, AI is allowed to generate notes.

Companies
Select the company on which to enable/disable the rule. Update Company popup will appear
Select the SmartFlow tab at the top
The rules are listed. The toggle can be set on to enable or off to disable
Note
Existing companies show the rule as selected by default.
When adding a new company, the rule is not shown until after the company is saved. This is expected behaviour.
