Update Company and User Timezones

An administrator can update a user and a company's timezone from the Settings pages. A user can set their own timezone in Personal Settings.

User Update Their Own Timezone

  1. Select your name and avatar at the top right corner of the screen.

  2. In the dropdown, select Personal Settings.

  3. On the Profile tab, click on the Timezones dropdown and select desired timezone.

  4. Select Save Profile


Administrator Update a User's Timezone

  1. Settings, Users

  2. Select the user. Update user popup will appear.

  3. Click on the Timezones dropdown and select desired timezone.

  4. Select Update User.

Administrator Update a Company's Timezone

  1. Settings, Companies

  2. Select the company. Update company popup will appear.

  3. Select the Defaults tab

  4. Click on the Timezones dropdown and select desired timezone.

  5. Select Update Company.

Note

  • If the timezone of a new user is not set, they will inherit the timezone of their assigned company.

  • A user created by SSO will inherit the timezone of their assigned company.
