Access and share logs with the technical team when troubleshooting issues.

Access and share app logs with the technical team to help investigate and resolve issues experienced on the mobile app. Logs are records of app activity and errors that help identify what went wrong.

When an issue is experienced, the support team may request that logs are shared for further investigation. Follow the below steps.

Quick Steps

  1. To access the logs, shake the phone when unlocked and the app is open. Log page will open up.

  2. Select the button 'Share log'.

  3. You may be prompted to select the preferred email provider. A email drafted to ProcessPro Technical will appear with the logs attached.

  4. Press Send. The logs have been sent to ProcessPro technical team.

  5. Select Close to return to the previous screen.
