Navigate the Plans Summary Page

Understanding the Plans summary page — filters, search, sorting, and bulk actions.

Written by James Ross

Description

The Plans summary page is your starting point for all planning activity. It lists every plan you have access to, with tools to filter, search, sort, and perform bulk operations.

Reasoning

As your organisation creates more plans, the summary page helps you find what matters to you — whether that's plans you own, plans you're a stakeholder in, or plans across the entire organisation.

Quick Steps

  • Click Plans in the left-hand navigation menu to open the summary page.

  • The page displays a table with columns: Title, Tags, Owner, Group, Review Date, Updated On, and Status.

  • Use the checkbox filters at the top to narrow the list:

    • Favourites — Plans you've marked as favourites.

    • I own — Plans where you are the owner.

    • I'm a stakeholder — Plans where you've been added as a stakeholder.

    • I participate in — Plans you're involved in.

    • All participate in — Plans with any participants.

  • Use the search box (filter icon) to search by plan name or keyword.

  • Click any column header to sort the table. Click again to invert the sort.

  • Select plans using the checkboxes on the left, then use the toolbar to:

    • Export — Export selected plans.

    • Delete — Delete selected plans.

    • Add — Create a new plan.

  • Click a plan name to open its Plan Detail Page.

Restrictions

  • You can only see plans you have permission to access.

  • Deleting a plan is permanent and cannot be undone.

Important: The summary page paginates at 20 plans per page. If you don't see a plan, check the next page using the pagination controls at the bottom.
