Description
Sometimes you need to remove a goal that's no longer relevant, or create a copy of an existing goal as a starting point for a similar objective.
Quick Steps
Delete a Goal
Right-click on the goal in the plan tree.
Select Delete Goal from the context menu.
Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
The goal and any child goals are permanently removed.
Duplicate a Goal
Right-click on the goal in the plan tree.
Select Duplicate from the context menu (if available).
A copy of the goal is created with the same title (appended with "Copy") and the same properties.
Edit the duplicated goal to change any details.
Restrictions
Deleting a goal also deletes all child goals under it.
Deletion is permanent — there is no undo.
The Duplicate option is not available to viewer users.
Only users with edit permissions can delete or duplicate goals.
Important: Before deleting a goal with child goals, consider whether you need to keep the child goals. You may want to move them to a different parent first.
