Description
As plans grow, finding a specific goal can be challenging. The search and filter tools help you locate goals quickly — whether they're in the focus area you're looking at or buried in another one.
Quick Steps
Search Across All Focus Areas
On the Plan Detail Page, locate the search bar at the top of the main content area.
Type a keyword or partial goal name.
The search filters goals across all focus areas in the plan, not just the one currently visible.
Matching goals are highlighted; non-matching goals are hidden.
Clear the search box to show all goals again.
Browse by Focus Area
Each focus area displays its goals in a tree structure.
Click the expand/collapse arrow on a focus area to show or hide its goals.
Parent goals can also be expanded to show child goals.
Restrictions
Search matches goal titles only (not descriptions or other fields).
Search is case-insensitive.
You must have view or edit permissions on the plan to see goals.
Important: The search bar searches across ALL focus areas, not just the one currently expanded. This is useful when you have many focus areas and can't remember which one a goal is in.
