When you create a new form field or select an existing one, the right-hand side diagram content menu (DCM) opens. It contains these tabs:
Form Details: top-level form settings.
Business Rules: conditional logic rules.
Field Properties: settings for the selected field. It contains sub-tabs: Details Properties, Rules (only some fields have rules).
Options that are only available for Dropdown and Radio Button form fields.
Repeater Fields that are only available for Repeater form field.
Form Details Tab
Form ID - this field is not editable but can be copied.
Form Name* - the name of the form.
Type* - dropdown with options: Main Form (default), Sub Form.
Owner - the user who created the form, with a dropdown to change.
Author - from author, with a dropdown to change.
Tags - Dynamic forms can be tagged with existing or new tags.
Require Task Completion toggle - when on, users must tick all activity tasks before the workflow can continue. Changing this only applies to new workflow instances.
Business Rules Tab
The Business Rules tab allows you to define conditional logic for your form:
If no rules exist, a message appears: "No rules yet. Click Add to create one."
Select the plus icon to add a new rule.
