Overview
ProcessPro tracks workflow progress visually with a progress bar and calculates due dates based on process time estimates. When a workflow exceeds its due date, it is flagged as overdue.
Quick Steps
Progress Bar
At workflow start, the progress bar shows Initialised (0%).
As each activity completes, the bar increments proportionally along the happy path.
For a process with 5 linear activities, each step adds approximately 20%.
At 100%, the workflow is complete.
Due Date Calculation
Process with time estimates — due date = start date + estimated time + wait time.
Process without time estimates — due date defaults to start date + 2 days.
The due date is editable while the workflow is Active.
The due date is locked after completion.
Overdue Status
When the due date passes and the workflow is still Active, the status displays Overdue.
The progress bar turns red to indicate the overdue state.
Note: Overdue status is visual only — it does not block workflow actions. You can still advance, pause, or cancel an overdue workflow.
