When a role family is assigned to a process, the RACI matrix can display either the role family or specific roles within the role family. This allows the matrix to show only the roles relevant to the process.
Quick Steps
Open the RACI matrix for the process.
Select the toggle Display all roles in role families?
When enabled (default), select the roles from the role family that should be displayed.
Select one or more individual roles.
Select All to display all roles within the role family. All is chosen by default.
When the option is disabled, only the role family is displayed on the RACI matrix.
The selected display settings apply to each role family assigned to the process.
