  • The user creates the process, adds activities and tasks

  • The process is reviewed, sometimes by additional subject matter experts

  • When the process is ready, either the process expert or the process owner publishes the Process

  • The default review cycle is 12 months, but this can be changed before the process is published

  • 30 days before the process review date is due, a task (reminder) is displayed to the process owner and process expert

  • The process owner or process expert click on the task which opens the process

  • The review is completed with one of two actions:

    • Changes are made to the process, and the process is published again, or

    • There are no changes required, and the owner or expert click on the “Confirm Process Review” button in the process actions section

Publish the Process

From the process action button, click on the publish button

Task is created and Displayed 30 days before Process Review is due

When Process is reviewed, without changes

When Process is not reviewed on or before due date, it becomes overdue

NOTE

Only published processes can become overdue. The logic is built into the application to check the review due date for published processes
