Reset your Login Password

Change your account password to something more secure, or reset it if you have forgotten your current password.

Quick Steps to change your password

  1. Open your personal settings by clicking on your profile icon in the top right

  2. Click Change Password

  3. Enter your new password

    1. The new password must include the following:

      1. A minimum of ten characters

      2. At least one capital letter

      3. At least one numerical value

      4. At least one special character

Quick steps to reset your password

  1. Ensure you are logged out

  2. Click Forgot Password?

  3. Enter the email you use to log in to the system

  4. Go to your email

  5. Open the Link

  6. Enter your new password

    1. The new password must include the following:

      1. A minimum of ten characters

      2. At least one capital letter

      3. At least one numerical value

      4. At least one special character

For security reasons, you cannot reuse previous passwords. Please create a completely new password each time. Even changing just one character in your password is considered a new password. The system checks whether it's an old or new password after the Reset Password button has been selected, after which an error will appear if the password has been used before.

Additionally, after 6 failed login attempts, your account will be locked for your protection. Please contact your administrator for assistance if this happens.

Password Requirements

  • A password not previously used

  • At least ten characters

  • Require three unique characters

  • An uppercase character is required

  • At least one non alphanumeric character is required

  • At least one digit (0-9)

  • Password and confirm password are the same
