By adding configurations to the quickview, you can set the share to show the user what you want them to see.

Add detail to the quickview for users and administrators to see why the quickview was created.
Display Embedded View
This setting determines where the roles are displayed. If the toggle is off, the roles are displayed to the left of the nodes. However, if the toggle is on, the roles will be displayed embedded within the nodes.

Available in processes and value streams, the default is set based on the settings within the actions tab of the item. If the Display embedded view toggle is on, this toggle will default on and vice versa.
Display Colours in Embedded View
This setting works hand in hand with the embed toggle. When the roles are embedded within the nodes, colour can be displayed too. If the toggle is off, there will be no colour within the role area. If the toggle is on, the colour selected for the role will display where the role appears in the node. The colour cannot be turned on if the Display Embedded View toggle is off.

Display Diagram Content Sidebar
This toggle hides or displays the diagram content menu within the quickview. If the toggle is off, the diagram content menu will be hidden and only the icons on the right will be visible. Users can open the diagram content menu by hovering over the icons or click on the staggered bars in the top of the menu. When the toggle is on, the diagram content menu will be visible when the link is opened. The default for this toggle is off.

Display Map
This toggle works hand in hand with the above toggle. When the display map toggle is off and the display diagram content sidebar toggle is on, the diagram content menu will expand over the map so that the detailed steps of the process or value stream are visible.
However, if the display map toggle is on and the display diagram content sidebar is off the map will show and the diagram content menu will be collapsed. The default for this toggle is on.
Display Document
Similar to the display map toggle, this toggle is specific to managed documents. When the display document toggle is off and the display diagram content sidebar toggle is on, the diagram content menu will expand over the document. The default for this toggle is on.
Display Logo
This toggle allows users to display or hide the ProcessPro logo. When the logo is hidden, the print button (if displayed) will be on the top left of the item. The default for this toggle is on.
Display Print Button
This toggle allows the print button to be displayed or hidden from users of process or value stream quickviews. This is only available in processes and value streams. The default for this toggle is on.
Allow Viewing of Linked Processes
This toggle, if on, allows viewers of the quickview to open linked processes found within the map. If an underlying process has another process link within it, the user can access it's quickview too. Underlying quickview links are only accessible for an hour from opening, once the hour is over, the link expires and the user will need to reopen the link from the originating quickview. The default for this toggle is on.
Allow Viewing of Associated Processes
This toggle, if on, allows users of the managed document quickview to navigate to associated processes. The default for this toggle is on.
Allow Viewing of Associated Documents
This toggle, if on, allows users of the process, value steam or managed document to navigate to associated documents. The default for this toggle is on.
Display Scale
This setting is only available for processes and value streams. The value is linked to the zoom value. The higher the number, the more zoomed in the map will be.
Expiry Date
When the chosen date has passed, the link will no longer be accessible by users.
