You need to be an administrator to be able to access the company settings. To make changes to limits you need to be an administrator with view global company list permission.
Quick Steps
Click on the Settings in the left menu from the dashboard
Click on Companies
Click on the company name to open the company settings
Set the User Limit
Set the Process Limit
Set the AI Limit
Click on Update Company when you are satisfied with the updates
The limits will now be updated
As an administrator, with the 'view global companies' permission, you have access to apply different limits to different companies within the same instance. The applied limits need to be within the limits that you have available on your default company and will reduce your default companies limits when saved.
For example, if your default company has 20 users, 100 processes and 5 AI calls set and you transfer 5 users, 10 processes and 2 AI calls to a new company, the default company will have 15 users, 90 processes and 3 AI calls left, and the new company will have what was transferred.
When a company is deleted, the user and process limits will be added back to the default company. However, any unused AI limits when a company is deleted will be transferred back to the default company. For example, if the new company used the AI feature once, then only one will be transferred back to the default company and increase the limit to 18.
You can only re-allocate limits that are associated to companies that are not the default company.
An alert, ‘AI limit reached for this company’, will appear when an administrator or stakeholder tries to use any of the AI features, but the company's AI calls have run out. AI features include:
Generate Tasks with AI on a single activity
Bulk Generate Tasks with AI
Generate suggestions on managed documents

Explore {Object} ideas
Optimise {Object}
