As an administrator, you can control who can create processes and value streams in your organisation.
All administrators can create processes and value streams regardless of this permission. This permission is only applicable to users.
This permission allows users to create new processes and value streams. A user that creates a process or value stream, will become the author by default. This permission does not allow a user to view and edit all processes. A user will only be able to view and edit processes and value streams where they are a stakeholder.
Add or Remove Create Process Permission
Click on Settings in the left navigation
Select Users
Select the appropriate user
Open the user detail screen by clicking on the username
Select or unselect the Add Processes Permission
Click Update User
You can also apply permissions in bulk.
