Add a Task

Adding tasks provides a step by step guide on what needs to be done to complete an activity.

Quick Steps

  1. Click on the Options icon next to the activity

  2. Click Add Task

  3. Enter the task details

  4. If additional tasks need to be added click on the +

    1. Or use the Alt-T keyboard shortcut

  5. Add all necessary tasks

  6. Once all tasks have been added, click Add Tasks

  7. The tasks will appear below the activity in the diagram content

To reposition a task within an activity, drag and drop the item to a new position.

To delete a task, click on the options icon next to it, and select delete.

To edit a task, click on the options icon next to it, and select edit.
