As a stakeholder, you have an option to export a process as a Smartsheet file. All activities and tasks are exported and assigned to the users linked to the roles.
To export a process to Smartsheet, the company needs the permission Allow Export to Smartsheet, and the user has to add the Smartsheet API token to their security settings.
Steps to Export to Smartsheet
Open the selected process
Click on the Export icon above the title
Select Smartsheet
After the export, ProcessPro gives an option to open the Smartsheet file
