There are two ways to duplicate:
From the summary screen using the Bulk Change button
Within the detail screen
When a process or value stream is duplicated, all activities, tasks, decisions, process links, events, notes, attachments, custom fields, detailed information and stakeholders will be copied into the duplicate copy.
When a managed document is duplicated, all detail information, stakeholders (including informees) and the selected document or link are copied into the duplicate record.
Duplicate from within the detail screen
Open the item you want to duplicate
From the diagram content menu (right-hand side), click on the Actions icon
Click Duplicate
A popup will appear confirming that the record(s) has been copied. To open the copied record, select Open. To close that window and navigate back to the summary screen, select close
You can rename the record by selecting Edit Information
Duplicate from the summary screen
Select the white box next to the record(s) that you want to duplicate
Click on the Bulk Changes button
Select Duplicate Selected Records
A popup will appear confirming that the record(s) has been copied. To open the copied record, select Open. To close that window and navigate back to the summary screen, select close
The records will be added to the summary screen
