There are two ways to duplicate managed documents, processes and value streams.

  • From the process and value stream summary

  • Within the detail screen

When a process or value stream is duplicated, all notes, tasks, activities, attachments, detail information and stakeholders will be copied into the duplicate copy.

When a managed document is duplicated, all detail information, stakeholders (including informees) and the selected document are copied into the duplicate record.

Duplicate from within the Process/ Value stream/ Managed document detail screen

  1. Open the item you want to duplicate

  2. From the diagram content menu (right-hand side), click on the Actions icon

  3. Click Duplicate

  4. A popup will appear confirming that the record(s) has been copied. To open the copied record, select Open. To close that window and navigate back to the summary screen, select close

  5. You can rename the record by selecting Edit Information
