The filter bar can help simplify the search for tasks. Tasks from all your available companies (seen in the company dropdown) will appear in your tasks summary screen.
Your tasks are easily accessed from several places including the outstanding tasks tile on the dashboard and the left navigation menu. Tasks cover a range of items that need to be completed including process reviews, requests for details and feedback assigned.
To access tasks that originate from other companies, click on the task and then click on the Go to Company button when the page refreshes. This will change the current company you are in and direct you to the process, value stream or managed document the task is referring to.
On the tasks screen you can add a reminder task for yourself, or another user, by using the Add Task button. Add the details of the task and click Add Task. The task will appear in the tasks screen of the user it was assigned to.
You can only delete reminder tasks that are created in the tasks screen. To delete select the task and click on the Delete button.
To action a task, the task needs to be active. A task is only active when the due date is within 30 days. When a task is active, it will be displayed in the task summary screen. Tasks are overdue when the due date has passed.
