To view the process list report you need to be an administrator or have the view report permission.
You will only be able to see items that are associated with the company you are currently in.
In the process list you can search for particular managed documents, processes, value streams and attachments in the list, similar to the filter bar in the summary screens.
Attachments will appear with their type below the title in the report list, similar to how they display in the attachment summary screen.
You can also simplify your search for particular items using the filters at the top of the process list page. Using these filters, items will only appear if they match all the filters that were selected.
If searching for items that have a specific expert in it, you can use the stakeholder filter. This filter displays all managed documents, processes and value streams that the stakeholder is in. However, there's a separate filter specifically for authors. Thus, the stakeholder filter only includes owners and experts, not authors. To include authors in your results, use the author filter alongside the stakeholder filter. Informees are not necessarily stakeholders and cannot be filtered.
The report also has a column that lists the expert roles and users on the managed documents, processes and value streams that appear in the list.
Managed document scores will appear as 0 in the report as they are not part of the quality score feature.
Take note that only automatically added informees will show in this report, not manually added informees.
You can export the process lists report to three different file types:
