User-Role Allocation Report

Generate a report that shows users and their roles within a company, including users without roles.

To view the user-role allocation report you need to be an administrator or have the view report permission.

This report has the following headings: First Name, Last Name, Email, Username, Linked Role, Status (the user's status).

You will only be able to view the user-role allocation report associated to the current company you are in. This means that roles and users associated in your current company will be shown on this report.

Select the reports option in the left navigation bar, then select the User-Role Allocation report.

You can search for particular users/roles within the list using the filter bar.

You are also able to export the user-role allocation report to three different file formats:

  • PDF

  • Excel

  • CSV
