To access the group structure settings you need to be an administrator. To update your directory, go to the Group Structure page and make any necessary changes there. Updates made on that page will automatically be reflected in your Directory.
Select settings in the left navigation menu and select Group Structure.
You can use the filter bar to refine your search for a specific group. To use the filter bar, click in it and enter keyword/s into the field and then press the enter button on your keyboard.
The Expand All button displays all the groups and sub-groups for the company.
Add New Group
As an administrator you can add a new group by selecting where you would like your new group and clicking on the Add Group button. Enter a title and then select Add. The newly added group will be added to the group structure list. To close and delete the new group you are in the process of creating, press the esc key on your keyboard.
Rearrange Group Structure
The groups and sub-groups can be rearranged by dragging and dropping.
Rename a Group
To rename a group, select the group you want to rename and click on the Rename Group button. Type in the new name and click enter.
Delete a Group
To delete a group, select the group you want to delete and click on the Delete Group button.
