The change log keeps an updated record of the changes that are made to a process, value stream, managed document, activity, decision, process link, attachment, future state, alternate path/ loopback, user, role and company. These updates can be made on process level or by using the bulk change feature.
The entries that appear in the change log allow users to see a description of the changes, who made the changes, and what date and time the changes were made.
A change log can be found when editing an item. Select the Change Log tab.
