As a user, you have the option to export a process as an Excel file. All activities and tasks are exported to Excel.

Steps to Export to Microsoft Excel

  • Open the selected process or value stream

  • Click on the Export icon above the title

  • Select Microsoft Excel

  • The process will download to your device, click on the downloaded file to open the process

The permission to allow Export to Microsoft Excel is available as a default to all companies and all users. To remove this permission from the company open the settings from the left navigation menu and select Companies. Click on the name of the company you wish to remove the permission from and click in the Company Settings dropdown. Remove the permission Export to Microsoft Excel and save the changes.

Note: If the time and cost analysis feature is enabled, that data will not be exported with the process.
