To use this feature, an administrator needs to add the Export to Kantata permission to the company. A user will also need to add a Kantata API Token to their security settings.
Steps to set up User API Key in Kantata
Open your Kantata instance
If you haven't already created a Kantata account you will need to do this first
Navigate to Kantata OX (formerly Mavenlink), select Login and sign up
Click on Settings in the left Navigation menu
Select API from the expanded menu
Click on View your Account's Registered Applications
Click on Register a new Mavenlink Application
Add ProcessPro to the Application Name and your ProcessPro URL into the Application Callback URL
Click Save
Click on Show your OAuth Token
Copy the Token to your clipboard
Steps to add the Kantata API key into ProcessPro as a User
Inside ProcessPro, click on Settings then Security Settings
Enter the Kantata API key into the Kantata Access Token box
Click Save
Steps to add Kantata API keys in ProcessPro as an Administrator
Inside ProcessPro, click on Settings
Select Users
Select the appropriate user by clicking on the username
Change the tab to Tokens
Enter the API key in the Kantata Access Token box
Click Save
API key tokens are encrypted at rest and cannot be copied from our database.
