Adding or Updating the Role Allocation Statuses

Add, or change, the process and activity role allocation status. The name, range and colour can be customised to suit your company.

As an administrator, you can add process and activity level statuses, or amend existing statuses, that appear on your role allocation status report.

Quick Steps

  1. Click on Settings in the left navigation menu

  2. Below administrator, select Allocation Status

  3. For a new status use the Add Allocation Status button, or to click an existing status to make changes

    1. Allocation statuses cannot be created if there is a range within the new range that already exists. For example, a range of 1-6 exists already you cannot create a 0-30 range.

  4. In the pop up, enter or change the name, values and colour

  5. Click Add Allocation Status or Update Allocation Status when all changes have been made
