Manage Tags
Allow users to update, or remove, tags in bulk within a process or value stream. As an administrator, you can manage tags from the object tags settings. Add a Summary of Changes when a new version is Published
As a stakeholder, you can now add a summary of changes to a process or value stream that needs to be published again. If the company you are working in has request approval activated, the summary can be seen by all approvers when they open the approval task to approve or decline the request for publish. The summary will appear in the history tab in the diagram content menu, below the relevant publish, whether request approval is activated or not. Move Tasks, Notes, Documents and Weblinks between Activities
As a stakeholder on a process or value stream you can now move tasks, notes, documents and weblinks from one activity to another within the current process or value stream you are in. Only allow users to request details if the process status is draft, offline or future state
