As a stakeholder on a process or value stream; you can move tasks, notes and attachments from one activity/decision/event to another within a process or value stream.
You cannot move tasks, notes or attachments to or from process links. They can only be changed or removed.
Quick Steps to Move an Attachment/Note/Task
Select the cog next to the attachment/note/task
Select update
On the Details tab, the first option shows the activity, decision, or event that the attachment/note/task is linked to. From the dropdown, select the desired activity, decision, or event to move the attachment/note/task to.
