As an administrator, you can restore a process, value stream or managed document that has been deleted. By restoring, you are changing the status from deleted to draft.

Quick Steps

  1. Open the Process List report

  2. Search for the item you would like to restore by using filters

  3. Select Generate

  4. Open the item that you wish to restore

  5. Click on the edit information button

  6. Change the tab to the properties tab

  7. Switch the enable deleted process/value stream/managed document toggle

  8. The record will be restored and in DRAFT status

The version number will remain the same number as it was when the item was deleted and will not start back at v0.1.

The change log will be updated with the name of the user that restored the item, and the date and time it was restored.

The review cycle and review date will restore back to the defaults of annual and no date.

Attachments cannot be restored.

Deleted Roles

When a role has been deleted, it will appear on a reinstated process. However, it has not been restored. It cannot be used and has to be recreated.
