As an administrator or a stakeholder on a process, you can remove an author from a process and assign a new user.
Quick Steps
Click on the stakeholders icon in the process or value stream
Click on the process author field
Select a user from the dropdown
When a new author is selected, the process owner and new author will receive a notification to let them know about the update to the process.
A change log record will be added to show the details of the changes.
If more than one user is assigned to the role of author, a primary author can be selected who will then receive notifications about that process.
