You can take a process offline if it needs to be removed from the view of users. There may have been a major managed document change or a mistake in the process. By taking the process offline the users will not have access to the process until the issue has been resolved.
Once the process is ready to be used again it can be reinstated in preparation for use.
Quick Steps
Open an offline process
Change the diagram content menu tab to the actions tab
Click on the Reinstate this process button
When an offline process is reinstated, the status is changed back to draft. The version number will change to the next whole number and the process will need to be published again for all users to have access.
