Major Features

Import Process Details from a Word Document

As a Stakeholder, you can import a Process' details using a Word document while inside a Process. There is a new button in the Diagram Content menu that opens the Import panel for Stakeholders to upload a .docx, .docm or a .dotx file. The uploaded sections can be dragged and dropped to the map to make creating a Process easier. To find out more click here...

Add a Process Acknowledge button to the Process Actions

It is now possible to request Users to acknowledge that they have read and understood a completed Process, or changes to a Process. This Acknowledgement request can be sent to all associated Roles on a Process or just to the Users that have never received the Acknowledgement task for the Process that is open. Add Wait Time to Time and Cost Timeline

The time on an Activity now includes wait time. This is visible on the timeline when Time and Cost is active and the map is changed to the Embedded Role view. The wait time is added to the Time column in the details tab on the Time and Cost page. To find out more click here...

Add a Process Link to the Start and End points of a Process

As a Stakeholder on a Process, you can link Processes at the Start and End points of a Process. This allows for better visibility as to what the previous Process was and what the next Process is. To find out more click here...

Organisational Structure

As an Administrator, you can create an Organisational Structure. You can create a Role Hierarchy by setting Parent and Child Roles based on your Companies reporting policies. The Organisational Chart is created once you assign Role owners to a Group. To find out more click here...

Required Approval Role

As an Administrator, you can set one specific Role per Company that will always be included in the Process Approval Workflow. This Role cannot be removed by Users or Stakeholders and will default to Level 0 in the Approval workflow. Level 0 can be seen as the pre-approval workflow that needs to be approved before the the other approvers are requested to approve. To find out more click here...

Show the Process Paths on a PDF

As a User, reading through a printed PDF version of a Process, you are now able to see additional information. This includes the Process Tags, Triggers and the attached Activities, Process Start, Inputs, Decision Yes and No paths, Gateway labels, Row Labels, Loopbacks, Process End and Outputs. Display Process Paths in the Diagram Content

As a User you can clearly see the conditions of a Gateway and the individual paths of the Process in the Diagram Content menu with the addition of icons. The Diagram Content menu will display the yellow Gateway icon along with the Gateway label and Row label, green diamond for Yes and red diamond for No on a Decision, Loopbacks to specific Activities and Triggers, Inputs and Outputs attached to Activities. Split the Administrator Settings and the Profile Settings

We have removed the Profile settings from the Administrator settings. The Profile settings page can now be found by clicking on your profile icon in the top right. The Administrator settings can still be found in the left Navigation menu. To find out more about the Profile Settings and the Administrator Settings click on the corresponding links.

Update Authors on Processes and Value Streams

As a Stakeholder on a Process or Value Stream you can update the Author. The Owner and the new Author of the Process will receive a Notification about the change (unless one of them made the change) and a Change Log record will be added. To find out more click here...

Restore a Deleted Process or Value Stream

As an Administrator, you can restore a Process or Value stream that has been deleted. This eliminates the need to contact ProcessPro Support to restore Processes that have been accidentally deleted. Use the Process List report to find all deleted Processes and refine your search with the filter bar. Open the Process and use the Edit Information button to change the status. Additional Features

  • Changed the order in which Triggers, Inputs and Outputs are displayed.

  • Allow Users to select between a dotted or a solid line for Loopbacks and Decisions linked to existing Activities.

  • Allow Users to move Loopback lines up/down or left/right.

  • Allow Authors to delete multiple Activities at the same time.

  • Enabled the ability to set an endpoint on a Decision or an Activity linked to a Decision.

  • Enabled the ability to allow Loopbacks to connect to Process Start or End points and Gateway Start or End nodes.

  • Implemented a collapsible menu for the Reports, Profile settings and Administrator settings pages.

  • Created a new permission to Approve from Task when requesting approval to Publish. Otherwise, the user has to open the process before Approving the changes.

  • Added a new Role type called Service Role that can be used to identify organisational systems.

  • Added a Fix Approval Level button to the View Approval Progress pop up to resend Tasks that were not sent due to changes to Users associated to the Role.


Enhancements

  • Clear the Select a Filter field when a Process List's filters are cleared

  • Refined when Activities are returned when generating Diagram Content

  • Display a warning when publishing a Process that has unassigned Roles within a Role Family

  • Added a space between the words Process and Link on Diagram Content and Map

  • Fixed the display of Notes to match the description entered

  • Added a Change Log record when enabling a deleted/disabled User

  • Labeled Tags 'Tags' when printing a Process

  • Removed All Staff and Unassigned System Roles from the Associate Users with Roles pop up

  • Copy any Process level attachments (Notes, Weblinks and Documents) to a Future State when created

  • Fixed the status that shows on a PDF when a Process is printed in any status

  • Ensured that when transferring a Process between Companies, only the User's available Companies show in the drop down menu

  • Added Author to the Process List report column

  • Updated the way Users are displayed within a Process and ensure all Users associated to a Role in the current Company or not (whether they are in the current Company or not) will show in the Process map User view

  • Updated the printed PDF when text is formatted with bold, italics or underline in a Note

  • Multiple updates to the look of a printed PDF

  • Resized and changed the Notes icon to the original icon

  • Private Processes can no longer be exported by Stakeholders

  • Allow Tasks to wrap when a link is attached to the description

  • Allow Laserfiche links to open when added as a weblink

  • When a Company is created through API, the Export to Microsoft Excel permission is enabled by default

  • Allow Notes to wrap when a link is attached to the description

  • Documents can be added to a Company when the Company name has been updated with a special character

  • When an Offline or Historical Process is reinstated, they should start at Draft again with a new (higher) version number than that of the Offline or Historical version


Technical Enhancements

  • Allow updates to Users when using the bulk API User upload

  • Allow Users to select a Company when using the API to import Role Families

  • Moved all Notification methods to the NotificationUtils class


Fixed Bugs

  • Row Labels not being added to Activities that are added to Gateways

  • Unable to return to the User Details tab

  • Not always able to navigate to the Change Log on Edit Information

  • Unable to Toggle the map labels on and off in a Quickview

  • Removed Triggers are still showing on the printed version

  • Error received when trying to update Process Objectives from Diagram Content Menu

  • When using a Decision that links to an Existing Activity not all options are being displayed.

  • Documents with 0kb size are not loading into ProcessPro correctly

  • Bulk Publishing to Process Library error thrown

  • Removing Activity or Process Link from Gateway resets Gateway Type

  • Endpoint is removed when Row Label is updated

  • Gateway is created when no Activity is selected to be added into Gateway

  • Historical Record not being created when a Future State is published
