You need to be an administrator or have the view report permission to access the acknowledge status report.
The acknowledge status report allows you to see all the active, overdue and acknowledged records of processes, value streams and managed documents for all users that have received a task. Administrators are given the information they need to follow up with users who have not actioned tasks as only the assigned user is able to complete their assigned acknowledgement tasks.
Tasks can be deleted by administrators however, we recommend this is only done as a last resort as deletion cannot be undone.
The only filters available are the status and user, however you can still search by keywords to narrow your search.
The report includes the title, full name of the users, date the task was created, due date of the acknowledgement task, date the task was completed and the current status of the task.
