As an administrator, you can control which users have access to all the available reports.
Without this permission, users cannot see the reports icon in the left navigation menu. Users that have the report enabled are able to view the same reports as an administrator, however, they still have restricted views on processes and value streams and are unable to apply bulk actions to items within the reports. More information about user restrictions can be found in the report article.
Add or Remove View Reports Permission
Click on Settings in the left navigation
Select Users
Select the appropriate user
Open the user detail screen by clicking on the username
Select or unselect the Create Process Permission
Click Update User
You can also apply permissions in bulk.
