Set up your Account
To set up your account, follow this process.
Authorise
Use this button to connect your instance. When you click on this button, you will receive a pop up that asks you to enter the name of your instance or your email into the field. This search works in the same way as the find my instance website.
When an instance is found, you will be directed to the login page. Use your normal login credentials to access ProcessPro. If the credentials are correct, the page will refresh to state that you are now authorised and you can close the pop up.
To confirm that you are authorised you will see the email you used to login below the "Here's what I can do" card.
If you do not see this card, simply type "hi" into the chat and ProcessPro will respond with:
