Quality Score Rules

A scoring guideline on how to improve the quality of your processes within ProcessPro.

As a stakeholder or administrator, you have the ability to see the quality score you have gained on your processes. To enable the score feature, you need to ensure that the Display Quality Score permission is enabled on your company's properties tab.

The following scores and rules are a suggested guideline to help improve your processes. If there is a valid business reason for doing something differently, do not force a change to simply reach 100%.

The scores are calculated using a weighted score in our database and a total will be displayed above the quality score icon in the diagram content menu.

To ensure the verb criteria is met and your process or activity starts with a verb, simply add "the" as the second word in your title. This should resolve the verb criteria issue you may encounter.

The rules are as follows:
