As an administrator, you need to access the Smartsheet API key to enter into ProcessPro in order to be able to export a process to Smartsheet. Without the API key, you will not be able to export.
Steps to set up user API Key in Smartsheet
Open your Smartsheet instance
If you haven't already created a Smartsheet account you will need to do this first
From the Account button, select Personal Settings
Click on API Access, then on the Generate new access token button
Enter a name and click ok
Copy the API key generated
Steps to add Smartsheet API Key in ProcessPro as a User
Inside ProcessPro, click on Settings
Enter API key in Smartsheet Access Token box
Click Save
Steps to add Smartsheet API Key in ProcessPro as an Administrator
Inside ProcessPro, click on Settings
Select Users
Select the appropriate user
Change the tab to Tokens
Enter the API key in the Smartsheet Access Token box
Click Save
API key tokens are encrypted at rest and cannot be copied from our database
