As a stakeholder on a process, you can add videos to your process or activity details. A preview of this video will appear in the diagram content menu or the magnifying glass menu.
Follow the same steps used to add an attachment. Select attach attachment and select the video from your preferred location. The video will be uploaded to the attachment summary page. When you upload a new video within a process, it will appear in the same group the process is in.
The attachment file type will appear above the Upload document box once a file has been selected to be uploaded. This will allow users to set the preview of the file without having to save and then edit to set the preview.
You can choose whether to have a preview of the video displayed in the diagram content menu, magnifying glass or when the map is hidden or not. Open the display tab when editing or uploading a video and change the toggle to suit your preference. There is an eye icon beside the video title to allow you to open the video in a pop up window.
The video will need to be less than 200mb in size to be uploaded. Anything bigger will not be able to be uploaded into ProcessPro.
