As a user, you can see the total number of views that a process, value stream or managed document has received.

Beside the last updated date chip is a new chip. This chip shows the total number of views the object you are viewing has. All users total views are added together to give the total views seen in the chip. The chip can be seen on standard processes and quickviews.

The number of views will refresh with every action that makes the whole page refresh. These actions are:

  • Manually refreshing the page

  • Opening a process link (process link count increases)

  • Open an associated object (associated object count increases)

  • Change the object status (publish, take offline, etc)

  • Open a future state and return to the current state

  • Convert a process to a value stream or vice versa

  • Request acknowledgement

  • Opening the time and cost analysis screen and returning to the process

  • Open an object from the organisation structure

  • Opening a quickview

  • Requesting details

  • Opening an object from a task or notification

A new report called System Engagement has been created for administrators to see the total views per process per user.
