All words that match the terms added by an administrator to the glossary terms settings page will appear as green text within the diagram content menu.

As a user, you can easily see the definition of glossary terms within processes, value streams and managed documents by hovering over the bold green word. The word will appear as green bold text in the following areas:

  • Diagram content menu

    • Objectives

    • Process titles (start and end points included)

    • Activity titles

    • Task titles

    • Note titles and descriptions

  • Feedback records

  • Activity tags

Case sensitivity is important for glossary terms. If the term is added to the administrator settings as 'policy', only 'policy' will appear as green text within a process, value stream or managed document. 'Policy' will not appear as green text as it does not exactly match the term in the glossary settings. If a space is accidentally added at the end of the word, it will automatically be trimmed upon saving.
