Major Features

Introduce branching to allow for the creation of more detailed alternative paths (Beta version available)

Branching gives you the flexibility to create more detailed alternative paths both from decisions, and from other activities. The new company level permission (Allow Branching) is available to be added to companies by administrators. If you are interested in trying out the beta version we strongly suggest adding this permission to a test company.

Enhance and expand the options available with notes

Notes already play an essential role in highlighting exceptions, questions or tips to your users. Administrators can now create custom note types, including choosing icons and selecting a unique colour. New toggles provide more flexibility over map display options and even allow hiding of sensitive information from non-stakeholders.

Add an option when adding a managed document to link instead of uploading a document

When creating a managed document, a user can now choose between uploading a PDF document or creating a link to the relevant information. With this additional option, documents do not need to be replaced within ProcessPro if they are updated elsewhere.

Improvements

  • Allow custom review dates for processes, value streams, attachments and managed documents

  • Change the toggles to be on by default when generating a process from AI

  • Alphabetise the role hierarchy assigned roles

  • Update the prompt when users' status is changed to remove the warning about being unable to revert the changes

Technical

  • Update of font-awesome library from v4.7.0 (2017) to latest (v6.5.2 2025)

  • Change tooltips to only have capitals at the beginning

  • Create interfaces & SQL repositories for ApplicationUser & ApplicationRole

  • Migrate search to Lucene functionality

Fixed Bugs

  • The column information is missing on the add approvers popup

  • When duplicating the ‘please wait’ alert is not displayed, and the success popup does not always show after a successful duplication

  • Error displayed in logs when publishing or overriding the publish process

  • When the default company is changed SSO details are not displayed

  • Incorrect default alternative path option displayed for decisions

  • When creating a future state on an overdue item the future state chip shows as overdue

  • Dropdown not displaying available companies when transferring between sites

  • When transferring processes stakeholders, triggers, inputs and outputs not being transferred over

  • New transfer user not created during the transfer process

  • When using the bulk functions the user is advised to select an item despite all objects already having been selected

  • When removing permissions from a user, the change log says roles have been removed

  • Select all option for bulk selection is not selecting all items in the summary pages

  • The content in the title field in Generate Tasks with AI is not aligned to the left

  • Complete feedback popup does not show the related title in the Go to option instead showing ‘undefined’

  • Note content is not wrapping within the note

  • Administrators not seeing the correct users when the company specific users toggle is on

  • Cannot reorder groups in directory and group structure

  • Process and value streams showing as all lowercase on shared processes information in settings

  • Gateway endpoints not reflected on diagram content menu

  • When dismantling a gateway an error is received both if the gateway is dismantled and if it is not broken down
