Major Features

Select specific users in a role with primary stakeholder selection

The introduction of primary stakeholders for owners and experts allows stakeholders to fine tune who participates in a process, value stream or managed document. Using the selection popup, specific users can be chosen to represent a given role in an item. When there are relevant tasks and notifications, they will only be received by users who need them. If your company has process approval enabled, the approval procedure will be limited to the primary owner and experts.

Create alternative paths with branching

Thank you to everyone who tried the beta version of the branching functionality and provided feedback. We have taken this on board and will continue to enhance and polish it. The branching option adds an additional layer of flexibility to process creation by offering more detailed alternative paths. Branches can be formed from activities, process links or decisions. To allow this add the Allow Branching permission to your company.

Improvements

  • Converting branch activities into tasks can lead to the branch disappearing from the map

  • Allow users to duplicate branch nodes

  • If the process link attached to a decision is changed the decision doesn't recognise this change

  • Ensure branches are not removed if a process link is deleted from outside of the process

  • Note # link selector does not close when # is removed or dropdown is clicked off of

  • Allow the gateway type to show both on the diagram content menu and the printed pdf

  • Allow users to open linked forms from iFrame from quickview screens

  • Add the group column to the attachment summary screen

  • Restrict characters for managed document types to neatly accommodate longer type names

  • Change the due date when exporting to Microsoft Planner

  • Check the "Display Checklist" option when exporting tasks to Microsoft Planner

  • Add mailto attachments and notes on Microsoft Planner cards when exporting a process

  • Export dates on CSV and Excel reports as dates to allow for customisation

  • Ensure approval activities exported reports match what is seen on screen

  • Allow users to report on all processes that do not have a business continuity set

  • Allow users to set the order of business continuity values

  • Acknowledgement tasks show as available for deletion in the task list when the user is an administrator

  • Enable search for users and roles when associating users to roles

  • Align hyperlink from Teams search results to the right

  • Enable spellcheck for note details

  • Change the logic to for last login date

Technical

  • Amend Company Creation API to allow setting of relevant permissions

  • Fix the relationship between Company and AllocationStatus

  • Investigate query performance degradation on summary screens

  • Old activity tasks not showing in restored historical versions as these were previously removed instead of marked as deleted

  • Change Teams authentication when SSO is selected

  • Unable to select a suggested instance in team to navigate to correct place for authorisation

Fixed Bugs

  • Cannot navigate from printed PDF in Firefox using attachment links that aren't prefixed with a protocol

  • Notes icons not showing correctly in old processes

  • Map generation error opening processes from the directory and the library

  • The heart icon for favourites is not visible when in normal mode

  • Non FA icons are too wide on jstree implementations

  • Disable shortcuts on a deleted process

  • Process not reordering when a linked process is deleted from outside of the process

  • Expert roles and users not showing on process list reports

  • When editing an activity in a gateway, the activity is removed from the gateway after saving the details

  • Processes imported from the global library are starting the activity numbering from 0

  • Stakeholder records are missing from snapshot records

  • Blank pdfs are generated when history records are printed
