When a decision is initially added to a process or value stream, a choice can be made to include an activity, process link, alternate path or an endpoint. This article provides information about what changes can be made and the impact on the map.
Quick Steps to Edit or Delete a Decision
Different ways to edit or delete a decision:
Diagram content menu
Double-click on the decision
Select the magnifying glass on the decision node
Make the desired changes to the decision and select Update Decision.
When an alternative path is enabled, the endpoint will automatically be disabled.
To add an endpoint, the alternative path has to be removed from the Alternative Path tab. The option to add an endpoint will then be enabled on the Details tab.
